| When you come in to our office, we ask that you check
in on our computer screen. This will immediately announce your arrival
to the entire staff. We know your time is important, and we strive
hard to keep you from waiting. |

| Here is Shelby, a treatment coordinator, explaining treatment options
and office policies to a patient and her parents in our conference

| Orthosesame is a program that enables our patients to check their
appointments and accounts on line. Patients add their e-mail address
at this computer if they would like to utilize this service. |

| Patients and their families have the opportunity to play various
X-Box games while they are waiting. We also have Gameboys at the chairs
to make visits a little more fun. |
